Our expertise in land development has enabled us to help many customers become proud land owners and first home builders throughout various communities: urban and rural. Our portfolio of acreage, city lots and repossessions offers wide choices and most flexible arrangements.
Development with Tax Credits
The tax credit program is the federal housing program designed to offer incentives for development of low income housing. The tax credit program is contained in Section 42 of the Tax Code and is administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and its Internal Revenue Service. Midwest Management Group is working on developing its expertise in order to continue to benefit the local community by investing in and developing low income housing projects to faciliate the needs of the community.
